Grinder's Open Face Vegan Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 Organic Sunshine Burgers (shiitake) or Engine 2 Pinto Habanero Plant Burgers

  • 2 slices Vegan Mario’s organic gluten-free quinoa and brown rice sourdough bread, toasted

  • 1 organic heirloom tomato

  • 1 organic avocado

  • 1 naturally fermented Bubbies kosher dill pickle

  • 1 jar organic Dijon mustard

  • Slice the tomato, pickle, and avocado; set aside.


Instructions

  1. In a toaster oven, heat the veggie burgers for 10-12 minutes on high heat.

  2. Spread mustard on one pair of toasted slices of sourdough bread.

  3. Next, add the burger, tomato, pickle, and avocado.
